Jennifer Panco is a seasoned transformation leader with more than 20 years of experience driving operational excellence across complex organizations. A certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Project Management Professional (PMP), and Organizational Change Management practitioner, she brings deep expertise in Lean management and continuous improvement.
Her work spans daily management system design, value stream transformation, and cultivating cultures of excellence. Jennifer has a unique talent for building consensus, inspiring teams, and connecting authentically with individuals at every level of an organization—with special expertise in healthcare. One of her standout projects delivered a $3.5 million one-time annual revenue gain.
As a gifted educator and facilitator, Jennifer has designed and implemented a wide range of employee and leadership development programs. Her approach blends systems thinking, storytelling, and practical methods to make learning engaging and actionable.
She holds a BA in Organizational Leadership and Development and is known for her ability to translate complex concepts into clear, relatable frameworks that drive meaningful change.
