Brent Loescher
Brent has spent more than 20 years improving operations across a wide variety of industries, including high-speed manufacturing, warehousing, and distributed services.
He oversaw the operational integration of a $2 billion dollar merger, led a continuous improvement effort that rolled out to 160 businesses, and currently serves as Executive Vice President of Learning & Development and Operational Excellence.
Brent has deep experience in Toyota Production Systems (TPS), which he gained while working at Toyota Motor Sales. His international work includes leading the operational design and startup of Toyota warehouses in Puerto Rico and Mexico City.
He’s a certified TPS trainer, holds a B.A. in Business Management, and served 21 years in the U.S. Army. In his free time, he finds a way to see the Green Bay Packers wherever they play, enjoys time on the water, and spending time being creative around the house.
