Tracy O’Rourke
Tracy has consulted in the business performance improvement industry for over 20 years. She’s trained over 3,500 people and mentored over 1,500 people in improvement projects that have generated millions of dollars in savings. She has deep experience coaching problem solvers and facilitating leadership retreats, strategic planning sessions, process walks, and kaizen events.
Tracy is the co-author of The Problem-Solver’s Toolkit: A Surprisingly Simple Guide to Your Lean Six Sigma Journey, the co-founder of Just-in-Time Café, and the Lead Instructor for the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and the Lean Six Sigma Leadership Course at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD).
She also serves as Chair for the SoCal Lean Network, a board member for the Association of Manufacturing Excellence’s Western Region, and a member of UCSD’s Process Improvement Advisory Board.
She holds a BA in English Literature from San Francisco State University and an MBA (with an emphasis in Leadership and Managing Organizational Change) from Pepperdine University.
