Mark Minukas
Mark began his career in the U.S. Navy as a Civil Engineer Corps Officer where he focused on construction and ship-to-shore logistics. After the Navy, Mark learned and began applying the Toyota Production System as a consultant in McKinsey & Co.’s Operations Practice.
Over the last 18 years, he has worked across a variety of industries, including manufacturing, engineering and project implementation, healthcare, financial services, nonprofits, and government services—yielding millions of dollars in quantifiable improvement.
He works from C-level executives to the frontlines to build strong problem-solving capabilities and to help meet performance goals.
Mark co-authored the book, Unfear: Transform Your Organization to Create Breakthrough Performance and Employee Well-Being, which presents a proven roadmap for transforming an organization’s culture.
He holds a B.S. in Systems Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy and an M.Eng. in Ocean Engineering and Human Factors from U.C. Berkeley.
